Present holdings include ongoing residential development, land parcels for primary and secondary homes, office/retail, and other commercial real estate across the GTA.

About the role:

Are you eager to advance your career as a Project Manager (Owner’s Rep) and take on a role that allows you to leverage your skills and aspirations to directly influence business outcomes?

In this recently established position, you will serve as the Owner’s Rep and project management leader, closely collaboration with each project’s General Contractor/ Construction Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibility will encompass ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion, overseeing reporting on construction progress, facilitating coordination for Owner inspections and construction issue resolution. Additionally, you will be instrumental in initiating and supervising each project step, ensuring alignment with quality objectives and standards.

What makes you a successful candidate:

  • Have at 10+ years of Low-Rise residential development / construction project management experience on a variety of project sizes. • Preparation of budgets and timelines, prepare and administer operating budgets and cost control analysis reports.
  • Have been involved in completing project management tasks in all stages of construction development from concept to occupancy while having direct contact with General Contractors / 3rd Party Construction Management teams through construction.
  • Have experience in RFP processes for selecting Construction Managers / Contractors.
  • Are familiar with standard forms of construction contracts (CCDC contracts).
  • Have a proven track record for successfully managing projects, influencing others without direct authority, and overseeing the work of others.
  • Are a self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Effectively collaborate with others to achieve project outcomes and work just as well autonomously and independently to complete project tasks.
  • Excel in start-up or entrepreneurial environments where you balance rolling up your sleeves to get things done while creating repeatable processes that support the business to scale.
